摘 要:基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学,分析时速160 km地铁扣件系统刚度与阻尼对钢轨振动特征的影响。建立可模拟钢轨剪切及扭转变形的铁木辛柯轨道模型并在此基础上建立车辆-轨道刚柔耦合模型,利用车辆-轨道刚柔耦合模型对不同扣件刚度与阻尼下钢轨垂向振动加速度幅值与三分之一倍频中心频率振动加速度级等减振降噪关键指标进行仿真计算。结果显示:在时速160 km地铁运行过程中,扣件胶垫刚度对轨道结构20 Hz以下的低频振动影响较为明显;扣件胶垫阻尼对轨道结构20 Hz以上的中高频振动,尤其是200 Hz以上的高频振动抑制作用明显。建议时速160 km地铁扣件胶垫黏弹性高分子材料阻尼着重在0.1~0.4×10^(5)N/(m/s)范围内提升,与此同时,合理增加扣件胶垫刚度以减小低频振动。Combining the vehicle⁃track coupling dynamics,the vibration characteristics of the 160 km/h subway rail influenced by the stiffness and damping of the subway fastener system are analyzed.Establishing the Timoshenko track model that can simulate the shear and torsion deformation of the rails and programming on this basis for establishing the vehicle⁃track rigidflexible coupling model.Basing on the vehicle⁃track rigid⁃flexible coupling model,the key vibration and noise reduction indicators such as the vertical vibration acceleration amplitude of the rail and the vibration acceleration level of one⁃third of the center frequency under different fastener stiffness and damping are simulated and calculated.The results show that:when the subway is running at a speed of 160 km/h,the stiffness of the fastener rubber pad has a more obvious effect on the low⁃frequency vibration of the track structure below 20 Hz;the fastener rubber pad damping has a significant effect on suppressing medium and high frequency vibrations of the track structure above 20 Hz,especially high frequency vibrations above 200 Hz.It is recommended that the viscoelastic polymer damping of subway fastener rubber pads at speed of 160 km/h be improved within the range of 0.1~0.4×10^(5) N/(m/s).At the same time,the stiffness of the fastener rubber pads should be reasonably increased to reduce low frequency vibration.
