血塞通注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑中风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究缺血性脑中风联合采用血塞通注射液、补阳还五汤治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2023年11月河北省容城县中医医院脑病科接收的90例缺血性脑中风患者,以随机数字表法为依据,将其分为试验组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。给予试验组患者补阳还五汤辅助血塞通注射液治疗,给予对照组患者血塞通注射液治疗。比较两组患者的血脂指标、神经功能和生活能力。结果:试验组患者接受治疗后除高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组患者外,其他血脂指标均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者神经功能评分为(8.70±2.44)分,低于对照组患者的(11.13±2.47)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.695,P<0.05);试验组患者生活能力评分为(84.46±3.69)分,高于对照组患者的(79.20±7.91)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.043,P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤辅助血塞通注射液治疗缺血性脑中风作用确切,能够有效地调节血脂水平,促进其神经功能改善及提高生活能力,值得推荐。OBJECTIVE To study the efficacy of combined use of xuesaitong injection and Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke.METHODS From November 2021 to November 2023,90 cases of patients with ischemic stroke re⁃ceived in the Department of Encephalopathy of Rongcheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group based on the random number table method.45 patients in the control group were treated with xuesaitong injection,while 45 patients in the experimental group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction com⁃bined with xuesaitong injection.The blood lipid index,neurological function,and living ability were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Except for the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol which was higher than that of the control group,other blood lipid indicators in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The neurological function score of the experimental group was(8.70±2.44),lower than(11.13±2.47)of the control group(t=4.695,P<0.05).The life ability score of the experimental group was(84.46±3.69),higher than(79.20±7.91)of the control group(t=4.043,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Xuesaitong Injection has a definite therapeutic effect on isch⁃emic stroke,which can effectively regulate blood lipid levels,romote the improvement of neurological function,and enhance liv⁃ing ability.It is worth recommending.
