摘 要:目的:对比矽离子联合含氟抛光膏与超声洁治去除牙面菌斑色素后对预防儿童牙面外源性色素沉着的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年6月因牙面菌斑和色素沉着在修文百信医院就诊的101例患儿,将其随机分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=51)。研究组采用矽离子联合含氟抛光膏进行儿童牙面牙菌斑清除,对照组采用传统超声波洁牙术。评价两种治疗方式对牙菌斑色素沉着的影响。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患儿治疗后即刻和治疗3个月后菌斑指数和色素指数均减小;治疗3个月后,研究组菌斑指数和色素指数均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为2.359、3.940,P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗依从性为90.0%,显著高于对照组的19.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=63.243,P<0.05)。结论:与传统超声波洁牙术相比,矽离子联合含氟抛光膏清洁术治疗儿童菌斑后,牙面光滑,不易附着菌斑,患儿配合度更高且无明显不良反应。OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of silicon ionization combined with fluoride polishing paste and ultrasonic scal⁃ing for the removal of dental plaque and pigmentation on the prevention of exogenous hyperpigmentation of children’s dental surfac⁃es.METHODS 101 children who visited the clinic for dentofacial plaque and pigmentation between May 2021 and June 2023 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a study group(n=50)and a control group(n=51).In the study group,silica parti⁃cles combined with fluoride-containing polishing paste were used for the removal of dental plaque from children’s dental surfaces,while in the control group,conventional ultrasonic scaling was used.Evaluate the effect of the two treatment modalities on dental plaque pigmentation.RESULTS After statistical analysis,compared with the pre-treatment,PLI and BI decreased in both groups of children immediately after treatment and after 3 months,with statistically significant differences,and it was observed that PLI and BI in the study group were smaller than those in the control group at 3 months after treatment,with statistically significant differenc⁃es(t=2.359,3.940,P<0.05).The treatment adherence of children in the study group was as high as 90.0%,which was signifi⁃cantly higher than that of 19.6%in the control group(χ^(2)=63.243,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The study found that silica particles combined with fluoride polishing paste cleaning in children with plaque treatment resulted in smooth tooth surfaces,less likely to ad⁃here to plaque,and no significant adverse effects.
