摘　　要：食管癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,严重危害居民生命健康,我国主要以食管鳞状细胞癌为主。近年来,随着内镜技术的发展,早期食管癌及癌前病变通过内镜下切除已广泛应用于临床,但不可避免的会出现非治愈性切除,此时往往需要密切随访或进一步治疗,导致患者及家属的心理及经济负担加重。本文就浅表性食管鳞癌内镜下非治愈性切除的研究作一概述。Esophageal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in our country,which seriously endangers the life and health of residents.Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is the main type in our country.In recent years,with the development of endoscopic technology,endoscopic resection of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions has been widely used in clinical practice.However,non-curative resection is inevitable,which often requires close follow-up or further treatment,resulting in increased psychological and economic burden on patients and their families.This article reviewed the study on endoscopic non-curative resection of superficial esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
