摘  要:溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)为炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的一种,目前发病机制尚未明确。近年随着经济发展,饮食结构及生活环境的改变,我国UC患者发病率逐年提高。内镜成像技术在诊断UC中具有重要的参考价值,目前内镜成像技术从白光内窥镜(white light endoscopy,WLE)等常规技术到共聚焦内镜(confocal laser endoscopy,CLE)和光层相干层析成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)等新兴技术可以实时提供更高分辨率、多层次的图像,UC的诊断中具有不可替代的作用,其应用前景广阔,有望为临床医学带来革命性的进展。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a type of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)with an unclear pathogenesis.In recent years,as the economy has developed and dietary habits and living environments have changed,the incidence of UC in China has been rising annually.Endoscopic imaging technology plays a crucial role in the diagnosis of UC.Advancements from conventional white light endoscopy(WLE)to emerging technologies such as confocal laser endoscopy(CLE)and optical coherence tomography(OCT)offer higher resolution and multi-level imaging capabilities.These innovations provide invaluable support for UC diagnosis and hold promising potential for revolutionary advancements in clinical medicine.
