摘 要:炎症性肠病是一种长期反复发作的非特异性疾病,对生活影响严重,目前无法完全治愈。结肠靶向给药系统可以将药物直接送达到结肠病变部位,提高治疗效果及药物的利用率,减少全身不良反应,对治疗炎症性肠病非常有帮助。纳米颗粒小且具有强大的吸附能力,可以特异性地聚集在结肠上,缓慢释放药物,并增加局部药物浓度,提高患者的依从性,发挥药物的长效作用。本文讨论了炎症性肠病患者肠道生理变化对传统结肠靶向药物输送系统的影响,并探讨了纳米颗粒作为治疗炎症性肠病的药物输送载体的最新研究。Inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic disease that affects patients′lives and is not completely curable.The use of a colon-targeted drug delivery system can improve the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease by targeting drug delivery to the affected area,increasing drug effectiveness and reducing side effects.Nanoparticles are small and can specifically deliver drugs to the colon,releasing them slowly at the site of inflammation,increasing drug concentrations,improving patient compliance and providing long-lasting effects.This review discussed the impact of physiological changes in the intestines of patients with inflammatory bowel disease on conventional drug delivery systems and the use of nanoparticles as drug carriers for treatment.
