摘  要:对目前制革工业中允许使用的4种防霉剂成分TCMTB、OIT、OPP及CMC的性能进行了分析,为制革企业选择合适的防霉剂商品提供参考。在4种成分中,TCMTB具有良好的防霉效果,但需要改进产品复配方案以消除气味,并引入其他组分进行增效。OIT防霉效果优良,但成本偏高且具有潜在的致敏性。OPP防霉效果较好,但因毒性其已被我国标准及多家品牌商限制使用。CMC防霉效果中等,且会对皮革气味造成一定的影响。此外,对系列蓝湿革样品中防霉剂成分进行了测试,检测结果反映了目前TCMTB和OIT在我国制革企业中应用较为普遍的现状。For the proper application of fungicides in present leather processing,the four active ingredients as TC-MTB,OIT,OPP and CMC,which were allowed to be contained in leather was evaluated and their properties were compared TCMTB shows good anti-mold effect,while its formulation should be improved to eliminate the heavy smell,as well as coordinate with other ingredients to enhance the anti-mold effect OIT can give excellent anti-mold effect for leather,while its cost is relative high and it is allergenic OPP can give good anti-mold effect,while it has been limited in leather by standard and some brands in China CMC gives moderate level of anti-mold effect,and it emits bad smells and might deteriorate the odor of leather At the same time,the four ingredients in series of wet-blue were analyzed and the results reveal the universal application of TCMTB and OIT in domestic leather industry.
