摘　　要：目的:构建基于积极心理学的妊娠期女性团体心理辅导方案,为保障妊娠期女性心理健康措施制定提供参考。方法:以积极心理学理论为指导,结合文献检索和半结构式访谈结果,拟定基于积极心理学的妊娠期女性团体心理辅导方案初稿。于2021年8月—12月选取15名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询,制定基于积极心理学的妊娠期女性团体心理辅导方案。结果:2轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%;专家权威系数为0.840;第1轮专家函询一级条目、二级条目、三级条目重要性的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.215,0.546,0.262,第2轮专家函询一级条目、二级条目、三级条目重要性的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.232,0.562,0.617(P<0.01)。最终形成的基于积极心理学的妊娠期女性团体心理辅导方案包括3个一级条目、13个二级条目、44个三级条目。结论:基于积极心理学的妊娠期女性团体心理辅导方案构建过程科学,内容具有必要性和可行性,可以为制定保障妊娠期女性心理健康的管理和干预措施提供依据和参考。Objective:To construct a group psychological counseling program for women during pregnancy based on positive psychology,and to provide a reference for ensuring women′s mental health during pregnancy.Methods:Guided by the theory of positive psychology and combined with the results of literature search and semi-structured interviews,the first draft of the group psychological counseling program for women in pregnancy based on positive psychology was formulated.From August to December 2021,15 experts were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence,to develop a group psychological counseling program for women during pregnancy based on positive psychology.Results:The recovery rate of questionnaires was 100%;the expert authority coefficient was 0.840;In the first round of expert correspondence,the Kendall′s W coefficient of primary,secondary,and tertiary items were 0.215,0.546,0.262,and the importance of primary,secondary,and tertiary items were 0.232,0.562,0.617,respectively(P<0.01).The final group psychological counseling program for women in pregnancy based on positive psychology includes 3 primary items,13 secondary items,and 44 tertiary items.Conclusion:The construction process of the women′s group psychological counseling program during pregnancy is scientific,the content is necessary and feasible,and can provide basis and reference for the management and intervention measures to guarantee women′s mental health during pregnancy.
