摘  要:目的 探讨序贯性选择原则利用提上睑肌力量的术式治疗中、重度先天性上睑下垂的临床效果和意义。方法 回顾性分析2018年11月至2023年10月泉州市妇幼保健院10例(12眼)中、重度单纯性先天性上睑下垂患者的临床资料,采用提上睑肌缩短术,根据术中矫正程度序贯性选择联合睑板部分切除或联合筋膜鞘悬吊术。结果 本组患者矫正效果良好9眼、矫正效果较好3眼,并发症少,上睑形态自然、两侧对称,治疗效果满意。结论 序贯性选择原则利用上睑提肌力量的术式保留了上睑上抬的生理性动力来源,上睑形态良好。对于中、重度上睑下垂上睑提肌肌力偏差者仍有较好矫正效果。Objective To investigate the postoperative outcomes and significance of using the principle of sequential selection in procedures enhancing levator palpebrae muscle function for treatment of moderate to severe congenital ptosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 10 cases(12 eyes)of severe Simple congenital ptosis patients in Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2018 to October 2023.Surgical data involved levator shortening procedures,with sequential selection of adjunctive procedures including conjunctival tarsal resection or conjoint fascial sheath based on intraoperative correction degree.Results The corrective outcome was excellent in 9 eyes and satisfactory in 3 eyes,with minimal complications observed.Eyelid symmetry and natural morphology were achieved satisfactorily.Conclusions Sequential selection using levator muscle enhancement techniques preserves physiological dynamics for eyelid elevation,ensuring good eyelid morphology.This approach shows effective correction in patients with moderate to severe congenital ptosis with levator muscle weakness.
