摘　　要：目的探究A型肉毒毒素对重睑成形术后早期不对称的修复效果。方法选取浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院整形外科2021年6月至2023年6月收治且完成随访的80例重睑成形术后早期不对称患者开展研究,按照治疗方法不同分组。对照组患者(n=40)采取常规对症处理,观察组患者(n=40)在常规对症处理基础上予以A型肉毒毒素治疗。比较两组患者的眼睑修复效果、瘢痕形成情况、外观满意度、生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组修复优良率95.0%高于对照组80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组改良温哥华瘢痕量表评分(5.21±1.09)分,低于对照组(3.75±0.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组外观满意度评分(93.27±5.15)分高于对照组(84.41±4.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论A型肉毒毒素的修复效果较理想,可有效预防重睑成形术后早期不对称患者瘢痕形成,改善眼睑外观,提高患者满意度,优化生活质量,具有良好的临床借鉴意义。Objective To investigate the repair effect of type A botulinum toxin on early asymmetry after double eyelid reconstruction surgery.Methods A study was conducted on 80 patients with early asymmetry after double eyelid reconstruction who were admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 and completed follow-up.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:a control group(n=40,treated with conventional symptomatic treatment)and an observation group(n=40,treated with type A botulinum toxin on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment).The clinical efficacy was evaluated,including eyelid repair effect,scar formation,appearance satisfaction,and quality of life.Results After treatment,the excellent repair rate in the observation group(95.0%)was higher than that in the control group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The modified vancouver scar scale score of the observation group(5.21±1.09)was lower than that of the control group(3.75±0.73),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The appearance satisfaction score of the observation group(93.27±5.15)was higher than that of the control group(84.41±4.29),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The repair effect of type A botulinum toxin is ideal,which can effectively prevent scar formation in early asymmetric patients after double eyelid surgery,improve eyelid appearance,increase patient satisfaction,optimize quality of life,and has good clinical reference significance.
