间接法树脂高嵌体修复与直接法树脂填充修复治疗磨牙残冠的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 分析间接法树脂高嵌体修复与直接法树脂填充修复治疗磨牙残冠的临床效果。方法 按照治疗方法不同,将2022年1月至2023年12月南平市第一医院收治的80例磨牙残冠修复治疗患者分为2组,对照组40例患者实施直接法树脂填充修复,观察组40例患者实施间接法树脂高嵌体修复。比较两组患者地修复效果。结果 观察组患者修复成功率与生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 磨牙残冠采取间接法树脂高嵌体修复,可以提升修复美观度,且并发症少,效果显著,值得临床广泛推广及应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of indirect resin inlay restoration and direct resin filling restoration in the treatment of molar residual crown.Methods According to different treatment methods,80 cases of molar residual crown restoration treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into 2 groups.The control group(40 cases)received direct resin filling restoration,and the observation group(40 cases)received indirect resin oninis restoration,and the repair effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of repair and quality of life score of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The indirect method of resin high inlay restoration of molar residual crown can improve the aesthetics of restoration,and the complications are less,the effect is significant,and it is worth to be widely promoted and applied in clinic.
