摘 要:[目的]制备不同配方20%乙唑螨腈·螺虫乙酯悬浮剂,研究药液的喷雾干燥挥发性能及杀螨活性。[方法]采用高通量农化配方制备和筛选系统,制备不同配方样品并测其粒径,表征其干燥过程挥发度,开展制剂样品对朱砂叶螨室内杀螨活性试验,考察不同配方干燥挥发性能的变化及对应杀螨活性。[结果]20%乙唑螨腈·螺虫乙酯悬浮剂L1-11配方D_(50)为230 nm,干燥挥发性表征mDE_(t90)约9 min,其对朱砂叶螨的防效最优,LC_(50)为0.7270 mg/L。[结论]制备不同配方体系,通过对药液粒径、干燥挥发性及喷雾粒径性能的对比研究,初步探寻了20%乙唑螨腈·螺虫乙酯悬浮剂药液喷雾干燥挥发性与杀螨活性的对应关系,从而获得了杀螨活性明显优异于原药混配的制剂配方。[Aims]Different formulas of cyetpyrafen·spirotetramat 20%suspension concentrate(SC)were prepared to investigate the spray drying volatilization properties and the efficacy of the formulation.[Methods]Using an agrochemical formulation preparation and screening system,different formulation samples were prepared and particle size of them was measured to characterize their dynamic drying volatilization process.The efficacy tests in laboratory of the formulation samples against red spider mite were conducted to investigate the variations in drying volatilization properties and their impact on efficacy.[Results]The cyetpyrafen·spirotetramat 20%SC with formulation L1-11exhibited a D_(50)of 230 nm and a volatile mDE t_(90)of 9 minutes.This formulation showed the highest efficacy against the red spider mite,with an LC_(50)value of 0.7270 mg/L.[Conclusions]By preparing different formulation systems and conducting comparative studies on the particle size,drying volatilization and spray droplet performance of the liquid,the corresponding relationship between the spray drying volatilization properties and efficacy of the cyetpyrafen·spirotetramat 20%SC was preliminarily explored,and a formulation that exhibit significantly superior efficacy compared to the mixture of technical materials was obtained.
