高黏剂对机场跑道抗车辙性能的影响研究

摘  要:为探析高黏剂在沥青混合料中的应用效果,文中聚焦云南某高原机场跑道改造项目,对掺入6%高黏剂(按沥青质量计)沥青的高温和低温性能进行试验,并就沥青混合料的抗车辙能力及耐水性进行评估。结果表明,高黏剂的加入显著提高了沥青的弹性模量和与骨料的黏结力,有效提升了混合料在高温下的抗变形能力和耐水性。项目实施后,实际检测数据进一步验证了高黏剂在提升沥青及其混合料性能方面的效益。该研究成果为高黏剂在高原机场跑道加铺工程中的应用提供了科学依据,有助于提高跑道的使用性能并保障其运行安全。In order to explore the application effect of high viscosity agent in asphalt mixture,this study focused on the runway reconstruction project of a plateau airport in Yunnan Province.The high temperature and low temperature performance of asphalt mixed with 6%high viscosity agent(by asphalt mass)was tested,and the rutting resistance and water resistance of asphalt mixture were evaluated.The results showed that the addition of high viscosity agent significantly improved the elastic modulus of asphalt and the adhesion with aggregate,and effectively im-proved the deformation resistance and water resistance of the mixture at high temperature.The actual measurement data after the implementa-tion of the project further validated the benefits of the high viscosity agent in improving the performance of asphalt and its mixtures.This study provides a scientific basis for the application of high viscosity agent in runway overlay engineering of plateau airport,which is helpful to improve the performance and operation safety of runway.
