摘 要:为分析框架结构肋梁楼盖的工程造价影响因素,文中就楼盖类型、活载大小以及柱网跨度对框架结构肋梁楼盖工程造价的影响进行分析。结果表明,所有楼盖形式的混凝土用量以及钢筋用量均随着柱网跨度的增加而不断增加;随着活载水平的提升,所有楼盖的混凝土以及钢筋用量均增加,且混凝土以及钢筋用量随柱网跨度的增加速率也有所增加。所有条件下,单位面积楼盖工程造价排序为井式楼盖>单向板>预应力楼盖>空心楼盖,且随着活载水平的增加,所有楼盖的工程造价逐渐提升。单位面积下,10kN/m^(2)活载下不同楼盖工程造价比5kN/m^(2)活载下不同楼盖工程造价的提升幅度为2%~25%。In order to analyze the factors affecting the engineering cost of ribbed beam floor of frame structure,the paper analyzes the effects of floor type,live load size and column mesh span on the engineering cost of ribbed beam floor of frame structure.The results show that the a-mount of concrete and reinforcement in all floor types increases with the increase of column span.With the increase of live load level,the a-mount of concrete and rebar in all floors increases,and the rate of concrete and rebar consumption increases with the increase of column span.Under all conditions,the cost of floor engineering per unit area is ranked as well floor>one-way slab>prestressed floor>hollow floor,and with the increase of live load level,The economic engineering cost of all floors is gradually increased,and the increase range of different floor engineering costs under 10 kN/m^(2) live load per unit area is 2%to 25%compared with different floor engineering costs under 5 kN/m^(2)live load.
