摘　　要：为了降低企业生产成本、提高工时定额的适应性,详述工时定额的定义及组成,分析现有工时定额方法的局限性和生产现状,阐明工时定额整改的必要性,结合生产实际介绍调查法、列表比较法、类比法、信息反馈法等查找工时定额问题的常用方法,提出现行工时定额体制整改的方法和思路。指出:工时定额体系制定是系统性工作,企业要高度重视,立足全面,以人为本,规范和完善工时定额制定工作程序,根据生产实际制定科学合理的工时定额;同时,利用软件技术开发适合的工时定额软件,满足企业标准化、信息化的发展需求,快速、准确、全面做好工时定额管理工作。In order to reduce the production cost of enterprises and improve the adaptability of working hours quota,the definition and composition of working hours quota are described in detail,the limitations and production status of existing working hours quota methods are analyzed,and the necessity of the working hours quota rectification is expounded.Combining with the actual introduction of the common methods to find the problems of working hours quota,such as survey method,list comparison method,analogy,information feedback method and so on,the methods and ideas for the rectification of the current working hours quota system are put forward.It is pointed out that the formulation of working hours quota system is a systematic work,and enterprises should attach great importance to it,base on comprehensiveness and people-oriented,standardize and improve the working procedure of working hours quota formulation,and formulate scientific and reasonable working hours quota according to the production practice.At the same time,using software technology to develop suitable software for working hours quota,to meet the development needs of enterprise standardization and informatization,and to do a good job in working hours quota management quickly,accurately and comprehensively.
