摘　　要：为了提升纺织设备及纺织生产的智能化和绿色化水平,详述纺织行业的发展现状、纺织设备及纺织生产智能化、绿色化的重要意义,介绍智能化技术在环锭细纱机、络筒机等纺织设备的应用和效果,剖析纺织设备智能化改造中存在现代智能化技术工艺水平有待提高、核心芯片技术欠缺且成本较高、员工现代智能化技术理念有待强化等问题,给出纺织设备改造方向及人才培养路径。指出:纺织设备智能化、数字化、绿色化改造是发展趋势;纺织企业应根据实际生产,协同院校、政府部门等,加快设备升级改造、智能型人才培养以及产品的持续改善创新,实现高精度、标准化、高效率生产,以提升企业纺织设备的智能化水平及产品竞争力。In order to improve the intelligent and green level of textile equipment and textile production,the development status of the textile industry,the significance of intelligent,green textile equipment and textile production are described in detail,and the application and effect of intelligent technology in textile equipment such as ring spinning machine and winding machine are introduced.The problems existing in the intelligent transformation of textile equipment are analyzed,such as the need to improve the technological level of modern intelligent technology,the lack of core chip technology and the high cost,and the need to strengthen the concept of modern intelligent technology of employees,etc.,the direction of textile equipment transformation and the way of talent cultivation are given.It is pointed out that the intelligent,digital and green transformation of textile equipment is the development trend.Textile enterprises should be based on the actual production,cooperate with colleges and universities,government departments,etc.,to accelerate the upgrading of equipment,intelligent talent cultivation and continuous improvement and innovation of products to achieve high-precision,standardized and high efficient production,to enhance the intelligent level of textile equipment and product competitiveness of enterprises.
