摘  要:当前,针对复合材料加筋壁板数字化及自动化技术应用的需求日益迫切。采用自动铺带、热隔膜预成型和自动翻转等多项技术,对一体化T形长桁加筋壁板自动化成型技术开展了相关研究,并对工装结构形式、工艺参数、共固化成型等工艺方案的可行性进行了验证,最终以典型民用飞机尾翼壁板的制造为例,证明了所提出的自动化成型技术的有效性,为国内民用飞机自动化成型技术的工程化应用提供了有益参考。At present,the use of digital and automatic technology in composite stiffening panels is currently becoming increasingly important.A number of technologies,such as automatic tape laying,thermal dia-phragm preforming and automatic turning,were used to carry out relevant research on the automatic forming technology of the integrated T-shaped stiffened panel,and the feasibility of the tooling structure,process pa-rameters,co-curing molding and other process schemes were verified.Finally,the manufacturing of a typi-cal civil aircraft tail panel was taken as an example to prove the effectiveness of the proposed automatic forming technology,which provided a useful reference for the engineering application of domestic civil air-craft automatic forming technology.
