摘　　要：[目的]通过对荷兰皇家帝斯曼集团在中国布局的酵母相关专利信息进行分析,了解其关于宿主菌酵母及其表达产物的技术信息,为我国相关创新主体研发工作的开展提供技术启示。[方法]通过智慧芽专利数据库检索帝斯曼在中国布局的主要酵母相关的专利申请,并对检索结果进行统计和分析。[结果]帝斯曼在中国专利制度建立之初就开始布局酵母相关专利,且其涵盖的技术领域较广,并形成了较为完善的专利保护体系。[结论]帝斯曼结合分子生物学手段和合成生物学方法,优化外源蛋白在工业菌株毕赤酵母中的表达,为我们提供了相关的技术方案,同时也为我国相关创新主体的研发工作提供了技术启示。[Purposes]By analyzing the yeast-related patent information of DSM in China,this paper aims to understand its technical information on host yeast and its expression products,providing technical in-spiration for the development of related innovative entities in China.[Methods]By using the Patsnap pat-ent database to search for the main yeast-related patent applications of DSM in China,this paper con-ducts statistical and analytical analysis of the search results.[Findings]It was found that DSM began to lay out yeast related patents from the beginning of the establishment of the Chinese patent system,and it covers a wide range of technical fields,and a relatively complete patent protection system.[Conclusions]DSM combined molecular biology and synthetic biology methods to optimize the expression of exogenous proteins in the industrial strain Pichia pastoris,which provides relevant technical solutions for us,and also provides technical in-spiration for the research and development of related innovative bodies in China.
