卡克乃其合剂多酚和氨基酸含量测定研究

摘　　要：卡克乃其合剂为和田地区中医(维医)医院常用的院内制剂。为提高卡克乃其合剂的的质量,确保患者用药的安全性,本实验采用光谱分析法中紫外可见分光光度计法来测定卡克乃其合剂中总多酚和总氨基酸的含量。实验结果显示,卡克乃其合剂中总多酚的含量为0.279 mg/ml,总氨基酸的含量为1.28 mg/ml。该研究通过对卡克乃其合剂的质量进行研究,可以评估其制备过程的稳定性,从而确保中药制剂的质量,以达到临床应用的安全和有效,并为今后对卡克乃其合剂的进一步开发应用提供基础的研究数据。Kakenaiqi mixture is a commonly used hospital preparation in traditional Chinese medicine(Uygur medicine)hospitals in Hotan area.In order to improve the quality of Kakenaiqi mixture and ensure the patient's safety,the content of total polyphenols and total amino acids in Kakenaiqi mixture was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer in spectral analysis.The results showed that the content of total polyphenols in Kakenaiqi mixture was 0.279 mg/ml,and the content of total amino acids was 1.28 mg/ml.In this study,the stability of the preparation process can be evaluated by studying the quality of the mixture,to ensure the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation,so as to achieve the safety and effectiveness of clinical application,and provide basic research data for the further development and application of the mixture in the future.
