医学专科院校大学生自主学习能力提升路径探究

摘　　要：医学是一个不断进步和发展的领域,新的研究成果和技术不断涌现,为了确保医学生在临床实践中熟练应用各种治疗手段,需培养其自主学习能力。当前,医学专科院校大学生自主学习领域还存在以下问题:一是医学生对专业认识不足,缺乏学习目标,自主学习动力不足;二是传统的医学教育课程讲授方式缺乏个性化,难以激发医学生自主学习的积极性;三是医学生缺乏自主学习的兴趣和动力,学习中遇到困难或挫折时容易放弃。然而,医学专科学校大学生自主学习能力一直是社会关注的话题,本文旨在探究医学专科院校大学生自主学习现状,着力培养医学生学习兴趣,提升医学生自主学习能力。Medicine is a constantly advancing and developing field,with new research achievements and technologies constantly emerging.In order to ensure that medical students are proficient in applying various treatment methods in clinical practice,it is necessary to cultivate their self-learning ability.At present,there are still the following problems in the field of self-directed learning for medical college students:firstly,medical students have insufficient understanding of their majors,lack learning goals,and lack motivation for self-directed learning;Secondly,the traditional teaching methods of medical education courses lack personalization,making it difficult to stimulate the enthusiasm of medical students for self-directed learning;Thirdly,medical students lack interest and motivation for self-directed learning,and are prone to giving up when encountering difficulties or setbacks in their studies.However,the self-directed learning ability of medical college students has always been a topic of social concern.This article aims to explore the current situation of self-directed learning among medical college students,focus on cultivating their interest in learning,and enhance their self-directed learning ability.
