摘  要:安全钳作为电梯必备的防坠装置,其运动可靠性对电梯安全起着决定性的作用。为了高效高精地估计安全钳在制动电梯过程中的运动可靠性,开发了融合拉丁化部分分层抽样(Latinized partially stratified sampling,LPSS)和混合高斯分布的时变运动可靠性分析方法。以安全钳制动面板加速度不超过电梯安全加速度构建性能函数;基于时变可靠性极值分析方法,采用拉丁化部分分层抽样方法估计安全钳性能函数的原点矩;以混合高斯分布原点矩的数值表达与性能函数原点矩相等构建多元方程组,求解混合高斯分布的参数,计算安全钳运动可靠性。Safety gear is an essential anti-falling device for elevator,and its motion reliability plays a decisive role in elevator safety.In order to estimate the motion reliability of safety gears in the process of braking elevators efficiently and accurately,a time-varying motion reliability analysis method combining latinized partially stratified sampling(LPSS)and mixed Gaussian distribution was developed.The performance function was constructed with acceleration of the safely gear control panel not exceeding the safe acceleration of the elevator;Based on the time-varying reliability extreme value analysis method,the origin moment of safety gear performance function is estimated by Latin partial stratified sampling method.A multivariate equation was constructed with the numerical expression of the origin moment of the mixed Gaussian distribution equal to the origin moment of the performance function to solve the parameters of the mixed Gaussian distribution,and calculate the motion reliability of the safety gears.
