摘　　要：新质生产力是创新起主导作用,具备高科技、高效能、高质量特征,符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态。以科技创新为共同主轴,新质生产力与数字乡村建设之间具有良好的适配性,能够融入中国数字乡村建设进程并发挥赋能作用。在逻辑关联上,新质生产力将从注入全新发展理念、增强发展动能、促进结构性均衡发展、夯实社会基础等方面发挥助力作用,为实现数字乡村建设高质量发展创造条件。在实践方案上,为了让新质生产力的赋能价值充分迸发,还需要从完善科技创新战略布局、推动乡村产业结构转型、加强涉农科技人才储备、克服技术型“治理陷阱”等方面着力,通过持续优化实践措施、营造良好的外部环境对新质生产力进行有力承接,使其驱动数字乡村建设高质量发展的理论价值转变为真正的赋能效应。In the face of the urgent practical need to promote the comprehensive and high-quality development of China’s society and economy,the Party and the State have timely put forward the concept of new quality productive forces,which not only plots the future development strategy for China,but also attracts the close attention and extensive discussion of all walks of life,and has an important policy status and socio-economic value.In its intrinsic nature,the new quality productive forces is the advanced quality of productivity that is characterized by high technology,high efficiency and high quality,in line with the new development concept,with innovation playing a leading role,and free from the traditional mode of economic growth and the path of productivity development.It is spawned by revolutionary breakthroughs in technology,innovative allocation of production factors,and in-depth transformation and upgrading of industries,with the leap of workers,labor materials,labor objects and their optimal combinations as the basic connotation,and a significant increase in total factor productivity as the core symbol,characterized by innovation,and the key to the quality of quality,which is the essence of the advanced productive forces.Promoting the high-quality development of digital rural construction is a necessary way to realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas as well as the goal of comprehensive rural revitalization,but at present,the effectiveness of the practice of digital rural construction in China is still a significant gap from the ideal state of high-quality development,and there is an urgent need to inject a new dynamic energy for development.With science and technology innovation as the common main axis and the underlying driving force,there is a good fit between the new quality productive forces and digital rural construction,and the new quality productive forces can be integrated into the process of China’s digital rural construction in parallel and play an enabling role.In terms of logica
