摘 要:为探究人参五味子汤对肺炎的治疗作用,通过细胞实验考察人参五味子汤对炎症细胞因子的表达影响;利用数据库获取人参五味子汤各味中药的成分、靶点及肺炎靶点,将两类靶点取交集;通过String平台建立PPI网络,并获得核心靶点,再通过Metascape数据库分析GO和KEGG,最后利用AutoDock软件进行分子对接,并进行能量最小化处理。结果表明,人参五味子汤显著抑制炎症细胞因子的表达;筛选得到27个活性成分,38个核心靶点;分子对接表明活性成分与核心靶点结合较好。研究通过细胞实验证实人参五味子汤具有抗炎活性的基础上,通过网络药理学结合分子对接预测得到治疗肺炎的活性成分,为人参五味子汤治疗肺炎的作用机制研究奠定基础。To explore the therapeutic effect of Renshen Wuweizi Decoction(RWD)in treating pneumonia,cell experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of RWD on the expression of cytokine.The components,targets and pneumonia targets were obtained through databases.Intersection targets were obtained,and PPI network was established on the String platform.The core targets were obtained through the obtained PPI network.Then,GO and KEGG were obtained through the Metascape database,molecular docking was done by using AutoDock software to verify anti-inflammatory ingredients.Results showed that RWD could significantly decrease the expression of cytokine,screened out 27 effective ingredients,38 core targets.Molecular docking showed good binding with effective ingredients and core targets.In conclusion,on the basis of conducting cell experiment to confirm the anti-inflammatory activity of RWD,the active ingredients of RWD treating pneumonia were predicted through network pharmacology combined with molecular docking,which laid the foundation for studying the mechanism of RWD treating pneumonia.
