摘  要:职业发展与就业指导课是师范院校通识教育必修课,在师范生培养中具有重要作用。立足课程思政建设,结合实证调研和教师集中备课,基于OBE理念和建构主义教学论,组织教师着手“实践—反思”的课堂教学行动改革,由此开展实践探索,绘制课程教学改革与设计图谱。同时,教师也在教学改进中获取经验启示。以教师为主导,构建导学导行的课堂教学模式;以学生为主体,激发沉浸式的知识学习新体验;教师善于从学生“具身认知”中观测与评价学习效果。Career development and employment guidance course is a compulsory course of general education in normal colleges,which plays an important fundamental role in the training of normal college students.Based on the curriculum ideological and political construction,combined with empirical research and teachers'centralized lesson preparation,and based on the OBE concept and constructivism teaching theory,teachers are organized to start the"practice-reflection"classroom teaching action reform,thus carrying out practical exploration and drawing the curriculum teaching reform and design map.At the same time,teachers also gain experience and inspiration in teaching improvement.The teacher-led classroom teaching model should be constructed.With students as the main body,stimulating immersive knowledge learning new experience;Teachers are good at observing and evaluating the learning effect from students'embodied cognition.
