摘 要:2021年中国宣布消除了绝对贫困,反贫困治理转向相对贫困,高职贫困学生管理工作面临新困境与新挑战。文章通过阐述高职相对贫困学生管理工作的实然缺憾,分析社会工作介入高职相对贫困学生管理的专业优势,进而提出社会工作介入相对贫困学生需求识别、社会工作介入相对贫困学生个性帮扶、社会工作介入相对贫困学生管理效能评价等行动路径,有效解决高职贫困生管理行政化机械化缺点,助力相对贫困学生健康成才。In 2021,China declared that absolute poverty had been eliminated,anti-poverty governance had shifted to relative poverty,and the management of poor students in higher vocational colleges was facing new difficulties and challenges.This paper expounds the actual shortcomings of the management of relatively poor students in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the professional advantages of social work intervention in the management of relatively poor students in higher vocational colleges,and then puts forward action paths such as the identification of needs of relatively poor students involved in social work intervention,personality assistance of relatively poor students involved in social work intervention,and effectiveness evaluation of management of relatively poor students involved in social work intervention.Effectively solve the shortcomings of administrative mechanization of poor students in higher vocational colleges,and help relatively poor students to become healthy.
