摘  要:为提高前柳林泵站高压配电室的巡检效率、核验精度及安全性,采用视觉识别算法,构建巡检模型,基于固定轨道式巡检机器人、数字孪生技术和远程电力控制系统的智能巡检模式于前柳林泵站进行应用研究。该智能巡检模式实现了对泵站高压配电设备状态的实时、精准监测,并能迅速进行故障诊断。应用效果表明:前柳林泵站巡检机器人能够显著提升巡检效率,大幅度降低人工巡检的频次,同时保障了工程和人员作业安全。研究结果可为同类型泵站高压室的巡检工作提供实践经验。To improve the inspection efficiency,verification accuracy,and safety of the high-voltage distribution room at Qianliulin Pump Station,a visual recognition algorithm was adopted to construct an inspection model.This model applied an intelligent inspection approach using a fixed-track inspection robot,digital twin technology,and remote power control system at Qianliulin Pump Station.The intelligent inspection mode enabled real-time and precise monitoring of the high-voltage distribution equipment at the pump station,facilitating quick fault diagnosis.The application results demonstrated that the inspection robot at Qianliulin Pump Station significantly enhanced inspection efficiency and reduced the frequency of manual inspections,thereby ensuring both operational safety for personnel and the infrastructure.The research findings provide practical experience for similar high-voltage room inspection tasks at other pump stations.
