吸烟人群血清炎症指标与牙周炎病程的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究吸烟人群血清炎症指标与牙周炎病程的相关性。方法选取海南医学院第一附属医院2019年6月至2023年6月收治的143例伴有吸烟史的牙周炎患者为研究对象(A组)。同时选取143例来本院进行体检的健康志愿者(对照组)和本院收治的143例单纯牙周炎患者(B组)作为对照。比较A组、B组以及对照组血清炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)水平。采用Spearman相关性分析血清IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α水平与SBI、PLI、PD、AL的相关性。结果A组、B组患者血清IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α、SBI、PLI、PD、AL水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。A组患者血清IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α、SBI、PLI、PD、AL水平高于B组(P<0.05)。血清IL-6水平与SBI、PLI、PD、AL呈正相关(P<0.05);血清IL-1水平与SBI、PLI、PD、AL呈正相关(P<0.05);血清TNF-α水平与SBI、PLI、PD、AL呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清炎症指标在伴有吸烟史的牙周炎患者中异常高表达,与牙周炎病程进展呈正相关。Objective To study the correlation between serum inflammatory indexes and the course of periodontitis in smoking population.Methods 143 cases of periodontitis patients with smoking history admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study object(Group A).At the same time,143 healthy volunteers who came to our hospital for physical examination were selected as the control group and 143 patients with simple periodontitis treated in our hospital(group B).Compare the serum inflammatory indicators[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1(IL-1),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)],sulcus bsulcus index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD),and attachment loss(AL)levels of group A,group B and control group.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum levels of IL-6,IL-1,TNF-αand SBI,PLI,PD,AL.Results Serum levels of IL-6,IL-1,TNF-α,SBI,PLI,PD and AL in groups A and B were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of IL-6,IL-1,TNF-α,SBI,PLI,PD and AL in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Serum IL-6 level was positively correlated with SBI,PLI,PD and AL(P<0.05).Serum IL-1 level was positively correlated with SBI,PLI,PD and AL(P<0.05).Serum TNF-αlevel was a positive correlation between SBI,PLI,PD and AL(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of serum inflammatory markers was abnormally high in periodontitis patients with smoking history,which was positively correlated with the course of periodontitis.
