摘 要:随着电力行业快速发展,电力企业物资计划管理的重要性日益凸显,为提高物资管理效率,降低运营风险,文章设计一种电力企业物资计划管理与风险预警平台,该平台通过集成先进的信息技术,实现物资需求预测、库存实时监控、风险预警等功能。基于此,文章分析电力企业物资管理特点和存在的问题,指出传统物资管理方式的不足,介绍物资计划管理与风险预警平台的设计理念。最后,通过实际案例分析,验证物资计划管理与风险预警平台的实用性。研究结果表明,该平台能显著提高电力企业物资管理的水平,为企业可持续发展提供有力支持。With the rapid development of the electric power industry,the importance of material planning management in electric power enterprises has become increasingly prominent.In order to improve the efficiency of material management and reduce operational risks,this paper designs a material planning management and risk early warning platform for electric power enterprises.The platform integrates advanced information technology to realize the functions of material demand forecasting,inventory real-time monitoring and risk early warning.Based on this,this paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of material management in electric power enterprises,points out the shortcomings of traditional material management methods,and introduces the design concept of material planning management and risk warning platform.Finally,the practicability of material planning management and risk early warning platform is verified by case analysis.The results show that the platform can significantly improve the level of material management in electric power enterprises and provide strong support for the sustainable development of enterprises.
