摘 要:针对煤矿巷道掘进液压锚杆钻机作业中存在的自动化程度不高、作业效率较低等问题,提出以PLC技术为基础的液压锚杆钻机自动化控制系统。该系统可实现对锚杆钻机的自动化控制,具有操作简单、性能稳定等优点。该系统由PLC、变频器、传感器和执行机构等部分组成,其中PLC负责接收传感器信号并控制变频器工作,以保证传感器工作的准确性和稳定性;传感器负责采集液压锚杆钻机工作时所处位置的温度和压力信息,并将这些数据传递至执行机构来完成锚杆钻机的自动钻进和回退操作。试验结果表明,在应用该系统后,锚杆钻机工作效率明显提升,有利于进一步缩短施工周期。Aiming at the problems of low automation and low efficiency in the operation of hydraulic anchor rod drilling rig for coal mine roadway excavation,a PLC technology based automatic control system for hydraulic anchor rod drilling rig was proposed.The system can achieve automatic control of the anchor rod drilling rig,which has the advantages of simple operation and stable performance.The system consists of PLC,frequency converter,sensors and actuators.The PLC is responsible for receiving sensor signals and controlling the frequency converter to ensure the accuracy and stability of sensor operation.Sensors are responsible for collecting temperature and pressure information at the location of the hydraulic anchor drilling rig during operation,and transmitting this data to the executing mechanism to complete the automatic drilling and retreat operations of the anchor drilling rig.The experimental results show that after applying the system,the efficiency of the anchor rod drilling rig has been significantly improved,which is conducive to further shortening the construction period.
