摘 要:随着煤矿对巷道掘进速度的要求越来越高,对悬臂式掘进机在面临复杂工作环境时的截割断面成形质量、定向掘进精度及抗干扰稳定能力等方面提出了新的要求。针对上述问题,依托EBZ260型矿用悬臂式掘进机设计了一套可靠性高、拓展性强的新型电控系统。该系统以Inter Control的DCF-1型车辆专用控制器为电控系统核心,基于编程软件CODE-SYS和组态软件Kinco Hmware进行系统的软件开发和人机界面HMI设计,通过CANOpen协议实现通信系统的构建;总体采用模块化设计思路,能够实现对掘进机运行状态的实时监控和故障诊断预警等功能。应用结果表明:该系统显著提高了掘进机的运行稳定性,减少了设备故障率,为企业带来了可观的经济效益和安全效益。With the higher and higher requirements for roadway driving speed in coal mine,new requirements are put forward for the cutting surface forming quality,directional driving accuracy and anti-interference stability ability of cantilever roadheader in the face of complex working environment.Aiming at the above problems,designed a new electric control system with high reliability and strong expansibility based on EBZ260 type mine cantilever roadheader.The system takes Inter Control DCF-1 vehicle special controller as the core of the electric control system,conducts software development and HMI design of the system based on programming software CODE-SYS and configuration software Kinco Hmware,and realizes the construction of the communication system through CANOpen protocol.The modular design idea is adopted,which can realize the functions of real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis and early warning of the running state of the roadheader.The application results show that the system significantly improves the running stability and reduces the equipment failure rate of the roadheader,and brings considerable economic and safety benefits to the enterprise.
