摘 要:为解决综放工作面自动化放煤常态化应用难题,以枣泉煤矿120305工作面为例,通过对120305综放工作面放煤工艺和放煤方式进行理论计算和现场试验,获得最佳的放煤参数。在此基础上,提出一种自动放煤控制设计思路,建立与下行/返机自动化放煤工艺相匹配的20工艺段自动放煤程序,工作面支架可分区独立控制,实现动态和静态情况下支架控制范围的设置。该设计提高了综放自动化水平和生产效率,促进了工作面的安全生产,同时避免超放和欠放的问题,提高回采率,为智能化综放工作面的推进打下坚实的基础。In order to solve the problem of normal application of automatic coal caving at fully mechanized caving face,taking 120305 working face of Zaoquan coal mine as an example,through theoretical calculation and field test of the coal caving process and mode of 120305 fully mechanized caving face,the optimal coal caving parameters were obtained.On this basis,an automatic coal caving control design idea was proposed.The 20 process section automatic coal caving program matching the automatic coal caving process of down/back machine was established.The working face support can be controlled independently in zones to realize the setting of the control range of the support under dynamic and static conditions.The design improves the automation level and production efficiency of fully mechanized caving,promotes the safe production of the working face,avoids the problems of over and under caving,improves the recovery rate,and lays a solid foundation for the advancement of the intelligent fully mechanized caving face.
