摘  要:基于当前新质生产力以创新为驱动,面向科技前沿、面向重大需求的人才培养导向,该文以先进的极端制造典型技术——金属高温气胀成形为突破口,探索借助虚拟仿真平台,创新虚实结合实训教学模式,将先进性和风险性并存的金属高温气胀成形技术融入工程训练教学当中,打造服务新质生产力人才培养的一流课程。实践表明,高质量虚拟仿真实验可以将极端制造的知识体系全流程、多角度、高水平地具象展现。且能够让学生在安全、自由、低成本状态下,完成高温、高压条件下的虚拟实践操作和工艺探索,能够有效强化塑性成形专业实践认知和实践能力,激发学生自主学习和创新精神。实验兼具先进性、实用性,在实施过程中取得丰富的教学成果,具有较强推广价值。Based on the current innovation-driven new quality productivity,aimed at the frontier of science and technology and the major needs of talent training,this paper takes the advanced extreme manufacturing technology-metal high-temperature gas bulging as a breakthrough point.The study explores the use of a virtual simulation platform to innovate a combined practical training teaching mode that integrates virtual and real elements,incorporating the advanced and risky metal high-temperature gas bulging technology into engineering training.The goal is to create first-class courses that serve the training of talents for new quality productivity.Practice shows that high-quality virtual simulation experiments can vividly demonstrate the entire process,multiple angles,and high-level aspects of the extreme manufacturing knowledge system.They allow students to complete virtual practical operations and process explorations under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions in a safe,free,and low-cost environment,effectively enhancing their professional practice cognition and abilities in plastic forming,and stimulating their autonomous learning and innovative spirit.The experiment combines both advanced and practical elements,achieving rich teaching results during implementation and having strong promotion value.
