摘　　要：变频板焊接质量直接影响变频板功能。通过外观检查、X-ray检查、焊点拉力测试、金相切片检查、扫描电子显微镜IMC及形貌观察等手段,评价机器人变频板焊接质量,并根据评价结果给出相应建议。The welding quality of the inverter board directly affects the function of inverter board.In this paper,the welding quality of an actual robot inverter board is analyzed and evaluated by means of visual inspection,X-ray inspection,solder joint tensile test,sectional metallographic observation,scanning electron microscopy(IMC),and morphology characterization.Corresponding suggestions are also put forward according to the evaluation results.
