摘 要:研究了一种基于氧化锌阀片的过电压测量装置。首先介绍了该测量法的基本原理,即选用与氧化锌避雷器非线性特性相同的氧化锌阀片串接在避雷器下方,以串联分压的方式将过电压信号从分压阀片上采出,然后通过MATLAB软件对氧化锌阀片的伏安特性方程进行多项式拟合并搭建分压器仿真电路,探究出分压比的变化规律与影响因素,最后开展雷电过电压与操作过电压下的氧化锌阀片分压实验,实验结果证明了仿真的有效性与技术路线的可行性。This paper studies an overvoltage measurer based on zinc oxide valve plates.It first outlines the basic principle of this measuring method,which is to select zinc oxide valve plates with the same nonlinear characteristics as zinc oxide lightning arresters and connect them in series below the lightning arrester.The overvoltage signal is collected from the pressure divider plate in a series voltage sharing manner.Second the voltammetric characteristic equation of the zinc oxide valve plate is polynomially fitted using MATLAB software,and a voltage divider simulation circuit is built to explore the variation law and influencing factors of the voltage divider ratio.Finally a zinc oxide valve plate voltage divider experiment is conducted under lightning overvoltage and switching overvoltage.The experimental results prove the effectiveness of the simulation and the feasibility of the technical route.
