带电更换终端杆跌落式熔断器遮蔽用具的研制

摘　　要：带电更换10 kV终端杆跌落式熔断器是不停电故障抢修项目中较特殊的一种,作业耗时长、效率低。为此,研制出一整套终端杆跌落式熔断器绝缘挡板,其包括尾部固定装置、中部连接杆、前端支撑杆和引线接线耳固定装置,符合现场作业条件,填补了带电更换终端杆跌落式熔断器缺少绝缘遮蔽用具的空白。现场应用表明,该遮蔽用具实用性高,能在保障作业人员工作安全的前提下,有效提高带电更换终端杆跌落式熔断器的工作效率,具有推广价值。Outage-free replacement of 10 kV drop fuses on terminal poles is a special kind of trouble-repairing work enabling uninterrupted power supply,which takes a long time and has low efficiency.The complete set of insulating baffle for drop fuses on the terminal pole developed in this paper consists of four parts:tail fixture,middle-connecting rod,front-supporting rod and wiring lugs fixture,which meets the on-site operating conditions and addresses the lack of insulating protective covers for outage-free replacement of drop fuses on terminal poles.The on-site application shows that the protective cover is highly practicable,effective in improving working efficiency with no sacrifice of operator safety,and deserves extended application.
