摘  要:目的:探讨血清鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及凝血功能指标水平与肺癌进展的相关性.方法:选取2021年6月至2023年11月于本院治疗的105例肺癌患者作为研究对象.分析肺癌患者的肿瘤进展情况;比较不同肿瘤进展肺癌患者血清SCC、CEA以及凝血功能指标纤维蛋白原(FIB)[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分活化凝血酶时间(APTT)]水平;采用Pearson相关性分析对血清SCC、CEA以及凝血功能指标水平与不同肿瘤进展的相关性进行分析.结果:105例肺癌患者中,Ⅰ期为32例(30.47%),Ⅱ期为44例(41.90%),Ⅲ期为19例(18.09%),Ⅳ期为10例(9.54%).不同肿瘤进展的肺癌患者一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).不同肿瘤进展肺癌患者血清SCC、CEA以及FIB水平比较:Ⅰ期肺癌患者<Ⅱ期肺癌患者<Ⅲ期肺癌患者<Ⅳ期肺癌患者;不同肿瘤进展肺癌患者PT、APTT水平:Ⅰ期肺癌患者>Ⅱ期肺癌患者>Ⅲ期肺癌患者>Ⅳ期肺癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).根据Pearson相关性分析得知:肺癌患者血清SCC、CEA、FIB水平与肿瘤进展呈正相关,PT、APTT水平与肿瘤进展呈负相关(P<0.05).结论:动态监测肺癌患者血清SCC、CEA水平以及凝血功能指标可预测其肿瘤进展,并为临床治疗提供一定的参考.Objective:To analyze the correlation of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and coagulation function levels with lung cancer progression.Methods:A total of 105 lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to November 2023 were selected as research objects.To analyze the tumor progression of lung cancer patients;to compare the serum SCC,CEA and coagulation function levels[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)]of lung cancer patients with different tumor progression;Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the serum SCC,CEA,coagulation function levels and different tumor progression.Results:Among 105 lung cancer patients,32 patients(30.47%)were in stage I,44 patients(41.90%)were in stage II,19 patients(18.09%)were in stage II,and 10 patients(9.54%)were in stage IV.There was no statistically significant difference of the general data of lung cancer patients with different tumor progression(P>0.05).Serum levels of SCC,CEA and FIB in lung cancer patients with diferent tumor progression were as follows:patients with stage I lung cancer<patients with stage II lung cancer<patients with stage II lung cancer<patients with stage IV lung cancer;levels of PT,APTT in lung cancer patients with different tumor progression were as follows:patients with stage I lung cancer>patients with stage II lung cancer>patients with stage II lung cancer>patients with stage IV lung cancer,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).According to Pearson correlation analysis,serum SCC,CEA,FIB levels of lung cancer patients are positively correlated with tumor progression,and PT,APTT levels are negatively correlated with tumor progression(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic monitoring of serum SCC and CEA levels and coagulation function indices in lung cancer patients can predict their tumor progression and provide a certain reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
