摘　　要：利用层次分析法对外协供应商的选择进行决策,可以将各指标权重计算出来,实现对供应商的定量分析,本文在Excel的基础上,使用VBA编程进行二次开发,大大提高了工作效率,操作性极强,可用于企业进行供应商选择。Applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to evaluate suppliers allows for the calculation of the weights of various indicators,enabling quantitative analysis of suppliers.This paper leverages the powerful advantages of Excel and utilizes VBA programming for secondary development,significantly enhancing work efficiency and providing strong operability.It can be applied by enterprises in selecting suppliers.
