能力本位下服务文旅产业的资产评估专业建设探索与实践——基于甘肃X高校资产评估专业建设

摘　　要：从甘肃X高校资产评估专业建设的背景开始,讨论了能力本位教育和应用型本科教育的发展历程,以此为基础,阐述了该校资产评估专业以服务地方经济发展作为目标,以能力本位作为实现途径,并将专业定位确定为立足甘肃、服务文旅、强化应用和重视创新的探索过程,进而对该校形成能力本位服务文旅的资产评估专业从人才培养、课程体系及实践教学等三个方面的实践过程进行了阐释。Starting from the background of the construction of asset appraisal major in X University in Gansu Province,this paper discusses the application of competency-based education in application-oriented undergraduate education.Based on this,it expounds that the asset appraisal major of this university aims at serving local economic development and takes competency-based approach as its realization.The paper defines the professional service industry and professional positioning as the exploration process of basing on Gansu Province,serving cultural tourism,strengthening application and emphasizing innovation,and then explains the practical process of forming the competency-based asset evaluation major of the school from three aspects:personnel training,curriculum system and practical teaching.
