摘 要:城市内涝治理是我国长期面临的一项重要任务。解决下穿道路等重要节点的内涝问题是降低城市内涝危害的关键途径,文章论述了包括工程性措施和非工程性措施的内涝防治体系,详细分析和总结了下穿道路内涝成因。利用耦合模型对下穿道路内涝积水风险进行评估,查找积水原因,判别积水严重程度,并提出应对的量化措施,有效提升下穿道路内涝防治水平。Urban waterlogging control is an important task in China for a long time.Solving the problem of waterlogging at important nodes such as underpasses is a key way to reduce the harm of urban waterlogging.This article discusses the waterlogging prevention and control system,including both engineering and non-engineering measures,and analyzes the causes of underpass waterlogging in detail.The use of coupling models can effectively assess the risk of underpass waterlogging,identify the causesand determine the severity,and finally propose quantitative measures to effectively improve the level of waterlogging prevention and controlof underpass roads.
