摘 要:设计了一套基于机器视觉的二维码检测教学实验系统。依次对该系统的总体方案、图像采集系统、运动控制系统、图像处理方法和人机交互界面进行了具体设计,进而制作了实验样机,并针对某包装印刷企业实际需求进行了二维码的检测实验。实验结果表明,所设计的系统最高二维码检测速度为7个/s,对错印、漏印和重码等缺陷问题的误检率≤0.05%,能够满足设计要求。该系统已应用于自动化专业的实践教学中,弥补了当前能够模拟真实工业场景的实践教学设备的不足。实践表明,所设计的系统可有效帮助学生提高机器视觉相关课程学习的系统性和连贯性,助力创新型自动化工程科技人才的培养。A machine vision-based QR code detection teaching experiment system has been designed.The system's overall scheme,image acquisition system,motion control system,image processing method,and human-machine interaction interface are specifically designed.A prototype is created,and QR code detection experiments are conducted based on the actual needs of a printing company.The experimental results indicate that the designed system has a maximum QR code recognition speed of 7/s,and the error detection rate for defects such as wrong printing,missing printing,and duplicate codes is ≤ 0.05%,meeting the design requirements.The system has been applied in the practical teaching of automation majors,effectively making up for the shortcomings of current practical teaching equipment that can simulate real industrial scenarios.Practice has shown that it can help students improve the systematic and coherent learning of machine vision-related courses and help cultivate innovative automation engineering and technology talents.
