摘 要:目的:评价现实增强技术辅助开髓的准确性。方法:将60个前磨牙随机分为两组,分别固定在石膏模型中。实验组在AR程序辅助下进行开髓入路的创建,对照组则使用常规开髓方式进行开髓。开髓后的牙齿再次进行CBCT扫描评估开髓入路创建是否成功,并计算实际入路与规划入路的角度偏差、冠部及根部水平距离偏差和物质损失量。结果:实验及对照组共计60个离体前磨牙根管均成功定位,且经术后CBCT评估开髓入路创建成功。实验组及对照组物质损失量平均值分别为6.66 mm3和22.74 mm3;入路整体角度偏差平均值分别为13.96°和21.69°;冠部及根部水平距离偏差分别为1.19 mm/0.91 mm和2.77 mm/1.75 mm。实验组所产生的物质损失量和入路角度偏差与对照组有显著性差异,在冠部及根部水平距离偏差中,实验组也显著小于常规开髓组。结论:使用AR辅助开髓能够获得更好的入路角度以及更少的物质损失量。AIM:To evaluate the accuracy of reality-enhanced technology-assisted pulp opening.METHODS:Sixty premolar teeth were randomly divided into two groups and fixed in plaster models.The experimental group underwent the creation of pulp opening access with the assistance of the AR program,while the control group underwent pulp opening using the conventional pulp opening method.The pulp-opened teeth were again subjected to cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)scanning to assess the success of the pulp-opening access creation,the angular deviation of the actual access from the planned access,the deviation of the horizontal distance between the crown and root,and the amount of material loss were calculated.RESULTS:A total of 60 isolated premolar root canals in the experimental and control groups were successfully localized,and the pulpal approach was successfully created as assessed by postoperative CBCT.The mean values of material loss in the experimental and control groups were 6.66 mm3 and 22.74 mm3,respectively;the mean values of the overall angular deviation of the access were 13.96°and 21.69°,respectively;and the deviation of the horizontal distance between the crowns and roots were 1.19 mm/0.91 mm and 2.77 mm/1.75 mm,respectively.The amount of material loss and access angle deviation produced by the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group,and the deviation of the horizontal distance between the crown and the root was also significantly smaller in the AR-assisted pulp-opening group than in the conventional pulp-opening group.CONCLUSION:The use of AR-assisted pulpotomizing resulted in better access angles and less material loss.
