摘 要:骨缺损是由创伤、炎症等各种原因造成的骨质缺失,随着人口老龄化,其修复再生成为临床中重点关注的课题。骨组织改建存在三种基本的生物学机制:包括骨生成、骨诱导和骨引导,这些机制相互依存,对骨缺损的修复至关重要。目前,常用的修复方法包括骨移植、引导骨再生术等,但各有其局限性。近年来,传统医学应用于骨缺损修复的研究发现中药单体有助于促进骨缺损区域的骨再生。本文综述了中药单体在促进骨生成、骨诱导和骨引导方面的作用,为中药在骨缺损再生领域的应用提供了理论基础。Bone defects are caused by various reasons,such as trauma and inflammation,and their repair and regeneration have become a significant clinical concern as the population ages.There are three basic biological mechanisms for bone tissue modification,including osteogenesis,osteoinduction,and osteoconduction,which are interdependent and essential for the repair of bone defects.Currently,commonly used repair methods include bone grafting and guided bone regeneration,but each has its limitations.In recent years,studies on the application of traditional medicine to bone defect repair have found that traditional Chinese monomers can help promote bone regeneration in the area of bone defects.In this paper,we reviewed the role of traditional Chinese monomers in promoting osteogenesis,osteoinduction,and osteoinduction,which provided a theoretical basis for the application of Chinese medicines in the field of bone defect regeneration.
