摘  要:目的:探讨结直肠癌患者术前营养风险与术后并发症的相关性。方法:选择2021年1月至2023年12月于安阳市肿瘤医院接受手术治疗的90例结直肠癌患者,根据患者术前营养风险指数(NRI)分为营养不良高风险(NRI≤100)组和营养不良低风险(NRI>100)组,比较2组患者术后并发症发生情况,并分析术前NRI与术后并发症的相关性。结果:90例患者中,术前营养不良高风险29例,低风险61例;术后20例患者出现并发症,其中高风险组14例,低风险组6例。营养不良高风险组患者术后并发症发生率(48.28%)明显高于低风险组(9.84%),P<0.05。Spearman相关性分析显示术前NRI与术后并发症发生率呈负相关(r=-0.289,P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,NRI≤100、吸烟史、TNM分期是结直肠癌患者术后并发症发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:术前营养风险与术后并发症存在一定的相关性。术前良好的营养状况有助于减少术后并发症的发生。临床工作中,应重视术前营养风险评估,可根据NRI进行营养风险分层,针对性制定营养干预方案,改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the correlation between preoperative nutrition risk and postoperative complications in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Total 90 patients with colorectal cancer who received surgical treatment in Anyang Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into high-risk malnutrition group(NRI≤100)and low-risk malnutrition group(NRI>100)according to preoperative nutrition risk index(NRI).Postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.The correlation between preoperative NRI and postoperative complications was analyzed.Results Among 90 patients,29 cases were in the high risk malnutrition group and 61 cases were in the low risk malnutrition group.Postoperative complications occurred in 20 patients,including 14 cases in the high risk malnutrition group and 6 cases in the low risk malnutrition group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the high risk malnutrition group(48.28%)was significantly higher than that in the low-risk group(9.84%)(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that preoperative NRI was negatively correlated with postoperative complication rate(r=-0.289,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that NRI≤100,smoking history and TNM stage were risk factors for postoperative complications in colorectal cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between preoperative nutrition risk and postoperative complications.Good nutritional status before operation helps to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.In clinical work,preoperative nutrition risk assessment should be emphasized,nutrition risk stratification can be carried out according to NRI,and targeted nutritional intervention programs can be formulated to improve patient prognosis.
