复方黄柏液涂剂联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗湿热阻滞型肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方黄柏液涂剂联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用治疗湿热阻滞型肛门瘙痒症的临床效果。方法:选取60例湿热阻滞型肛门瘙痒症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用,观察组在丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外用的基础上予复方黄柏液涂剂外涂,2组均治疗14 d。比较2组治疗前后肛门瘙痒症状总积分、临床疗效及复发情况。结果:治疗后,2组患者肛门瘙痒症状总积分均显著降低,其中观察组总积分更低,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后1个月复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与单用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗湿热阻滞型肛门瘙痒症相比,联合应用复方黄柏液涂剂治疗症状改善更快,疗效更好,复发率更低。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Huangbo liquid liniment combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream in the treatment of damp-heat obstructing type of pruritus ani(PA).Methods Total 60 patients with damp-heat obstructing type of PA were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given hydrocortisone butyrate cream for external use,and the observation group was given compound Huangbo liquid liniment on the basis of hydrocortisone butyrate cream for external use.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The total score,clinical efficacy and recurrence of PA before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total score of symptom in both groups was significantly decreased,and the total score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate one month after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the treatment of damp-heat obstructing type of PA with hydrocortisone butyrate cream alone,the combined treatment with compound Huangbo liquid liniment can improve the symptoms faster,the efficacy is better and the recurrence rate is lower.
