摘 要:工业机器人设计阶段故障数据缺乏,给系统可靠性评估带来困难。针对此问题,提出一种基于多准则决策(MCDM)与GO法相结合的可靠性评估方法。建立相似性评价模型,在MCDM分析过程中,用云模型定量表示决策专家的评价值,消除评价过程中随机性和模糊性的影响,得到关键部件的可靠性修正系数。对相似产品可靠性进行修正,实现关键部件可靠性的准确分析。建立工业机器人系统的可靠性GO图模型,以此为基础,建立工业机器人整机系统可靠性计算模型,实现系统可靠性的准确分析。最后通过实例对所述方法的操作过程进行说明,实现了对工业机器人可靠性评估。The lack of fault data during the design stage of industrial robots makes it difficult to evaluate system reliability.To solve this problem,a reliability evaluation method based on multi-criteria decision-making(MCDM)combined with GO method was proposed.A similarity evaluation model was established,and the cloud model was used to quantitatively represent the evaluation values of decision experts in the MCDM analysis process.The influence of randomness and fuzziness in the evaluation process was eliminated and the reliability correction coefficient of key components was obtained.The reliability of similar products was corrected to achieve accurate reliability analysis of key components.The reliability GO diagram model for industrial robot system was established.On this basis,a reliability calculation model for the entire industrial robot system was established,and the accurate analysis of system reliability was achieved.Finally,the operation process of the method was illustrated by an example,and the reliability evaluation of industrial robots was realized.
