摘　　要：构建以工会学学科体系为重点的中国工会自主知识体系,是构建中国特色哲学社会科学的客观要求,是工会贯彻国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的必然要求。工会学学科体系建设需要全国工会上下统筹协调、一体化推进。地方工会干校作为工会干部教育培训的主阵地和工会宣传教育阵地,在中国特色工会学学科体系建设中理应承担重要角色。本研究基于工会学学科体系建设的现状,采用文献研究、实地调研、访谈调研等方法,分析当前各地方工会干校在推进工会学学科体系建设中的状况和面临的问题,并提出相应的优化对策,旨在进一步将工会学学科体系建设引向深入,促进地方工会干校高质量发展。Building an autonomous knowledge system of the Chinese trade union centered on the discipline of trade union studies is an objective requirement for constructing a philosophy and social science system with Chinese characteristics,and it is also an inevitable demand for the trade union to implement the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.The construction of the discipline system of trade union studies needs to be coordinated and advanced in an integrated manner across local trade unions.As the main platform for the education and training of trade union cadres,local trade union schools should play an important role in the construction of the discipline system of trade union studies with Chinese characteristics.This study analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by local trade union schools in promoting the construction of the discipline system of trade union studies using literature research,field surveys,and interviews,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies aimed at deepening the discipline construction and promoting the high-quality development of local trade union schools.
