摘　　要：文章运用半结构化访谈法获取原始资料,并基于扎根理论对资料进行了编码分析,探究了江苏省高校图书馆创新服务影响因素,进而搭建了其影响因素模型。研究发现,江苏省高校图书馆创新服务影响因素主要包含外部环境、参与主体、支撑资源、研究成果及服务目标五个方面。文章从明确各参与主体责任,协同参与主体关系,保障技术、资源、人才支撑,完善用户评价系统等方面提出了高校图书馆创新服务发展策略,以期为提升高校图书馆创新服务质量提供参考。This paper uses the semi-structured interview method to obtain the original data,based on the grounded theory.This paper explores the influencing factors of the innovation service of university libraries in Jiangsu Province,and codes and anolyzes the data then builts the influencing factor model.It is found that the influencing factors of innovation service of university libraries in Jiangsu Province mainly include five aspects:external environment,participants,supporting resources,research results and service objectives.In order to provide a reference for improving the quality of innovation services in university libraries,this paper puts forward the development strategy of innovative services of university libraries from the aspects of clarifying the responsibilities of each participant,coordinating the relationship between participants,ensuring technology,resources,and talent support,and improving the user evaluation system.
