摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识是教育治理的重要内容,也是实现教育治理目标的价值诉求。研究发现,作为一种心理经验的总和,教师心理福利场的特征与形态都可以在铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践中得到体现。在教育场域它以接受力和发射力驱动场域内事物的生发变化、繁荣衰减,并以合力方式对教师自身及与之交互的教育客体产生作用。从功能属性来考察,作为“吸引子”的教师心理福利场的作用机制主要表现为三:一是打破信息和情感的茧房,缩短文化心理距离;二是催化社会交流认知,增加“锚定”和“物化”的概率;三是焕活文化逻辑起点再认,激发集体潜意识的外显。研究认为,探索教师心理福利场的建构路径,对铸牢中华民族共同体意识的精神认同、认知认同、价值认同具有极其深刻的意蕴。Enhancing a sense of community for the Chinese nation is an important component of educational governance as well as a value pursuit for realizing the goal of educational governance.The research indicates that as a sum of mental experiences,the features and formations of teachers′psychological welfare field can be shown in the practice of enhancing a sense of community for the Chinese nation.In the educational domain it drives the emergence,changes and ups and downs of things in terms of acceptance and launch forces,and exerts much impact on teachers themselves and the objects interacting with the former through synergy.By means of functional properties the impact mechanism of teachers′psychological welfare field,as"attracting force",is mainly revealed in three ways:to break the cocoon house of information and emotions and reduce cultural and mental distance;to induce social interaction cognition and increase the probability of anchoring and objectivizing;to reinvigorate the re-understanding of cultural,logical starting-point and stimulate the emergence of collective sub-consciousness.The study assumes that the exploration of construction paths for teachers′psychological welfare field is significant for the spiritual,cognitive and value endorsement of enhancing a sense of community for the Chinese nation.
