摘  要:电动助力转向(EPS)系统在越野车型上更容易受到来自凹凸不平的地面磕碰冲击,因此,整车要求EPS的电子控制单元(ECU)在设计过程中要考虑可承受较大冲击而不损坏,如何快速验证ECU的抗冲击设计有效性成为行业内的难题。文章结合车辆在越野耐久验证工况下,从逆向设计视角制定了一套有效的越野工况验证方案,通过采集路谱数据经处理后输入到振动台架,快速验证EPS抗冲击性能,可用于快速识别潜在的ECU被冲击失效风险点。研究结果表明,该方法理论意义清晰,具有提高验证有效性、节约试验时间的工程应用价值,缩短产品开发周期,为后续模拟试验奠定基础。Electric power steering(EPS)system in off-road vehicle are more vulnerable to bumps from the uneven ground impact,therefore,the vehicle requires EPS electronic control unit(ECU)in the design process to consider can withstand a large impact without damage,how to quickly verify the impact of the ECU design effectiveness has become a problem in the industry.In this paper,a set of effective off-road working condition verification scheme is developed from the perspective of reverse design under the off-road durability verification conditions of vehicles.By collecting and processing road spectrum data and entering it into the vibration bench,the impact resistance of EPS is quickly verified,which can be used to quickly identify potential ECU impact failure risk points.The research results show that the method has clear theoretical significance,engineering application value of improving validation effectiveness,saving test time,shortening product development cycle,and laying a foundation for subsequent simulation tests.
