初中实心球教学存在的问题及解决方法探究

摘　　要：双手头上向前投掷实心球是中考体育的测试项目之一,但是在中学体育教材中对实心球的技术动作没有明确的动作概念,所以教师在教学过程中只能参考其他的投掷类项目,给教师的教学带来很大的困难。该文通过分析目前实心球技术动作教学中存在的问题,找到相应的解决办法,为以后实心球的教学提供理论基础。Throwing a solid ball forward with both hands over the headis one of the test items of physical education in the high school entrance examination,but there is no clear action concept of the technical action of the solid ball in the junior highschool physical education textbook,so the teacherscan only refer to the other throwing items during the teaching process,whichbrings great difficulties to the teacher's teaching.The paper analyzes the problems in the teaching of technical movements of solid ball and finds corresponding solutions to provide a theoretical basis for the teaching of solid ball in the future.
